John Leutton

Director & CEO

John has been involved in growing a number of large businesses in Component Logistics, Energy Management at Vickers, In-Store marketing at the largest supermarket operators including Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrison’s and large format Point of Sale digital printing for key grocery and high street retail FMCG clients such as Mars, Brita, Disney, Hozelock, McVities, Samsung, Iceland & Cadbury’s.

He was appointed by the PAG Chairman David Russell as CEO of IBG in March 2020 to operationalise the business in readiness for the new sales push.

Shezan Nabiel

Chief Technology Officer

Shezan qualified with an HE Diploma in Engineering at Leeds City College in 2014. He subsequently graduated with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, also from the University of Leeds in 2017.

He joined the IBG Team as a senior software developer in early January 2022 and soon took over the role of Group Chief Technical Officer with the task of designing and scaling up the IBG cloud-based software portal to ensure it is fit for purpose in relation to our aggressive growth plans.

Shezan is a software specialist through and through with detailed knowledge and experience with the following languages:
PLC – Allan Bradley/ Beckhoff/Siemens
C#/ C++/ Python/ VB/ Java/ LabVIEW/ MATLAB
LabWindows CVI (C programming environment), Cyber Security, Web Development

Max Boon

Commercial Director

Max graduated from UCL in 2017 with a BA (Hons) in Business Management. He joined IBG in the early development stages back in February 2020 and has been a key part of the Senior Management and Business Development Team.

He has a key understanding of the requirements of our target REIT Clients in particular regard to ESG, Data Capture & Submission and Net Zero Carbon strategies, having worked in the PropTech market for 6-years. Max has developed some key relationships with some of the UK’s major property investment and property management corporations. Max works closely with Jason Gough and the Commercial Team to deliver the full suite of IBG products and services.

Jason Gough

Account Director
Jason moved to IBG in 2021 from his previous role as national sales manager for Stanley Security.

With nearly a decade of experience within the fire and security industry, Jason has worked across multiple sectors and delivered projects for some of the most sought-after clients in the UK. Jason leads the commercial team for all fire and security related projects and works closely alongside Max Boon to deliver the full range of IBG services.

Jeanetta Glassell

Brand And Marketing Manager

Jeanetta Glassell joined IBG in 2021 as a multi-award-winning expert in her field. Her career aspirations have led her to the Brand and Marketing Manager role, boasting over a decade of experience in graphics, software development, and marketing.

She oversees and ensures a consistent and professional image for the brand. Additionally, she spearheads the implementation of our marketing objectives and embodies our corporate style. With proactive adaptability and passion, she confronts challenges with determination. Jeanetta streamlines operations improves efficiency, and promotes collaboration.

Through innovative tools, seamless cooperation, and the capacity to incorporate upcoming projects, she is devoted to cultivating and executing ongoing enhancements, forward-thinking concepts, and state-of-the-art tools.

Kyle Taylor

Business Development Manager

Kyle joined IBG in 2022, following his graduation from Liverpool John Moores University with a Business Management degree. Starting as a Business Development Executive, Kyle quickly honed his skill set and moved up to Business Development Manager within his first 12 months.

With academic grounding and hands-on experience, Kyle crafts tailored solutions for IBG & Clients. He works across all sectors and is active within both the energy management and fire and security disciplines.

Sam Smith

Security System Designer & Project Manager

Sam joined Renard Fire and Security 3 years ago after graduating university with a 2:1 in Mechanical Engineering as they developed the speciality security design and implementation Team. Renard was acquired by IBG in January 2022 and Sam transferred to the Group business at that time.

He has learnt about the UK security industry from the ground up staring as a junior designer and he has now worked his way through the business to become a key part of IBG, project managing larger install jobs, working as a key part of the design Team and helping with the operations and delivery of large installation projects including Heineken, Swizzels and the NHS.

Kevin Bright

Group Operations Director
Kevin joined IBG Team formerly as part of the Renard Team in November 2021 as the Fire and Security Designer progressing through to become senior designer, project manager and now Group Operations Director.

He has 23 years continuous experience within the security industry starting out as an engineer with Chubb Fire and Security, moving through sales before spending 10 years as the Key Account Manager, with accounts such as North Wales Police and Urenco Nuclear Fuels. Kevin is qualified through various schemes to design security systems to NSI Gold standards, the principles of Fire Safety designs and thinking outside of the box when integrating all aspects of highly secure and specialist multi-site security management software.

Dominic Slaven

Head of Technical Services
Dominic is a fully qualified 18th Edition electrician and building services professional with over 16 years’ experience in the industry. Dominic specialises in the development, specification and project managing the installations of the IBG management systems. He is our Head of Technical Services and has been with the business since 2019.

Since 2019 Dominic has been a key part of the Team that has developed the IBG Energy Management Systems and also has a key role in the delivery of the recent projects and new business opportunities we have gained. He is a highly motivated and committed individual who has both theoretical and practical experience within the industry.

Nick Joslyn

Group Accounts Manager

Nick is our Group Finance Manager and he joined the business recently in August 2023. Nick has 4 years’ experience as a Finance Manager previously at Inicio Group and Docutech Office Solutions where he gained valuable experience using Zero Accounting Systems. He has a level 7 qualification in Finance and Accounting as in track to sit his CIMA qualification with the help of our company by the end of 2023. Nick brings a mix of youth and enthusiasm to our Team.
